Fantastic furniture! Loved our HermanMiller chairs. Very comfortable! Very happy with our purchases.
Very poor experience with this place. Booked a Herman Miller chair from them in August, and was told that it will be delivered in the third week of October. When the estimated date of delivery came, nothing was delivered. I called them up and asked what was going on and they said that the international shipping has been delayed and it will be arriving in the first week of November. When the first week of November came, nothing was delivered. So I called them again and they told me it will be coming in the second week of November. What is really unprofessional is the fact that I had to keep calling in order to be updated on the delay, instead of them dropping me an SMS or email pre-emptively, as per what normal customer service protocols dictate. Now, the chair has been been transferred from their care into one of the local delivery services, and there is no way to get in touch with the delivery team. They did not inform me of a date and time that they will be coming, and they just rocked up and expected me to be there on a weekday, and they require a signature in order to complete the delivery. So now I have to deal with another incompetent company where no one knows where the package is or what is going on. Honestly, if you can afford it, go buy from someone else and spare yourself the frustration and misery that the service of this company entails. My sales number was 169325 if anyone from the Living Edge would want to fact check.
Nice shop with great products, staff were helpful too, though items are not available for pick up so you have to pay and wait for it to arrive anyway.

Terrible, I ordered stools one year ago, and still are yet to receive them. First they delivered the wrong ones and each time it has had to be me who chases them up over the period of one year. They have never taken it upon themselves to keep me updated, it even took them months to pick up the wrong stools. Very poor customer service. Won't ever buy from here again.
Have some really nice furniture. It's so fun to sit down and try the chairs. Customer service is pretty good.
Great customer service ! .. thanks to Lucy. I’d like to share my experience. I bought my Aeron online through livingedge website .. all good and easy .. i selected the size of the chair by comparing my height and weight to the chart Lucy provided me. The chart was saying that i could go with either B or C size so selected the B. Once delivered, found it was a bit small and tight. I emailed Lucy and she promptly arranged a trial of both chairs at their store in Richmond, Melbourne, I selected the C, handed them the B and got the new one delivered to me next morning from Sydney. Well done Lucy and many thanks for livingedge team
