I am from the Waterproofing Specialists and Trans-West sent me to one of their Authorised Representatives called Corey Nugent to process my home owners warranty (HBCF). Corey charged me 1000 up front then would never answer his calls, sent multiple text messages after I called him when he did not have the results he said he would on the dates he said he would have them, saying "all is good" and "i'll call in 15 minutes" and never did. I have no idea whats going on and what his process is. Totally in the dark. I called Trans-west to chase him up and they seems apathetic about helping saying "All I can do is just send an email to see whats going on" (In other words I don't really care it isn't my problem). The worst part of this was that I have a team of 4 guys who I need to schedule in work for. Corey would say "100% you'll get your insurance by next week". So i toned down my marketing and didn't book work in. When it got closer to the deadline I would get no call, no email.. no communication at all, so I had to scramble at the last minute to fill the next week with work so I wouldn't lose money on dead wages. In the end Corey sms'ed me at 9:30pm on a Friday saying that it was too hard to do the job he has charged me for and promised multiple times he could do with no worries at all but would now end his services and refund me. He said "I spent 5 hours on your insurance and it's not worth my time to help you any longer, give me your bank details for a refund". He has wasted 3 weeks of my time when I could have been using a company who was competent. Now I might lose a contract because of the delays. The reason my feedback is for this company is because they recommended me to Corey Nugent to manage me on their behalf. Try another company before you call these people if you don't want to be delayed to the point you may lose work. I lost the job I needed this insurance for because of the delays and it cost me 30k in GP. Totally unprofessional.
