STAY AWAY!! My wife and I went to take a look at some of their cars a month ago and really regretted not checking these poor reviews on Google. They promised us that the Civic we bought came with two remote keys, but failed to tell us that one was completely smashed and wrapped in duct tape. This was very misleading and the only response we got was that they got us two remotes and promised but WHAT IS THE POINT WHEN ONE Is BROKEN?! The transmitter was unusable and needed to be replaced and when we tried to call, all we got were condescending responses. The two brothers who work here need to be held accountable.

Rude people should have listened to the reviews. They are open when we called them about a Jeep Grand cherokee.

Spoke to someone last night told them I’m coming to see the car. Went there this morning only to be told it’s been sold. Would’ve been nice if I was told before I came there that car was sold.....

WELCOME TO DODGY MOTORS. Called them to say I was travelling an hour to see one of his cars, advertised online, only to be called back just as I was arriving to be told, his mate had gone to pick up granny in the car- we’ll bring it back, I want to buy it! Nah, granny needs a lift. This must have been fate saving me from buying this car. The cars in the lot looked more like the wreckers yard than a “family” car yard, there was dents & scratches, dirty interiors and upholstery . One car had smashed rear quarter window, another the windscreen.one car smelled like something died in it.we were told that there was a car we may like, but it’s at the car wash but they can’t bring it back- we’ll have to walk there on a 37 degree day.they don’t know what colour it is either. What a laugh. I didn’t read the reviews 1st, silly me. I was lucky enough to go have a coffee & make the decision to go elsewhere there was a few more yards that were run by the likes of “Steve’s dodgy family cars”. We found auto auction house at old Granville and bought a beautiful car in our price range. Nah I’m not a competitor, you couldn’t make this stuff up.. Stear clear and go somewhere reputable. edit- yes I am recommending another place- auto auction house absolutely amazing service. Steve’s family car centre your yard is full of dodgy trade-ins and rubbish vehicles your bombs don’t even compare in quality’ to the auction house & most vehicles can be bought without going to auction ..
