We went in because we thought our car key was out of battery and needed to be replaced. Turns out it wasn't broken and we probably left one of the car doors open. The employee was very helpful and even came up to our car to double check that the problem was fixed. Awesome customer service, they could have charged us 150 to fix it, but were honest with us and we didn't have to pay anything. Thanks so much!

Good service to repair my work shoes. Good value and done in 1 hour. Was also able to get a key cut and other accessories - key rings and a lanyard. Good experience all round.

EDIT: I've amended the star rating as I went back to the kiosk and they rectified the issue at no extra charge. They were very professional about it as well. I had sent my watch in for a bracelet change which they completed quickly, but scratched my watch in the process.
