As always excellence in service, advice and assistance. Particularly as I am disabled with the personal assistance to remove and replace my Walker in the car which allows me to continue being somewhat independent in bringing my car for service and repairs. I am truly grateful of the staffs attitude and assistance. All round excellence.

1000 for a service and Liverpool Volkswagen can't even clean inside my car correctly! It's always the small things that have the biggest impact. Yes sure, this is a bit of a whinge but far out for THAT much money just wash the car properly! How hard can it be to fix the process to make sure this type of post doesn't make it online.

This was Absolutely the best Amazing Experience from the intitial phone call through to the moment that I drove my amazing new Golf Highline out of the driveway. Simon and Arti were fabulous. They both did everything to make me feel at ease and super happy. A huge credit to Simon for making the whole process very easy for me as I flew down from Brisbane to collect the car. Simon, arranged a staff member to pick me up from airport and he also arranged the permit that I needed to drive the unregistered car back to QLD. Everything was ready for me when I arrived and Arti was super helpful in sorting out the insurancd details for me. Honestly, I am going to recommend Liverpool Volkswagon to anyone and everyone!
