My twins were born at Liverpool hospital and I had the best experience with all the staffs, doctors and the care at the hospital from administration till the delivery. The hospital is modern and spacious and all the doctors, nurses and midwives are very skilled and caring. The foods are wonderful as well. Waiting time can be a bit long as there are a lot of patients but I know I'm in good hands.

Liverpool hospital in has been outstanding!!! During Covid they have been strict and keeping their patients safe. ring you before your appointment to make sure your not symptomatic or being in contact with anyone who been positive, prior to surgery you have to isolate two weeks before and covid test 2/3 days before so it’s a relief for yourself how amazing they are trying to keep everyone safe!! From appointments right up until Surgery they been outstanding making sure you have plenty of information that you require to feel reassured. Surgery to aftercare again I can’t fault the surgeon and relevant staff they really do go out of their way to make sure your happy, safe and comfortable. Always friendly and ask if you need anything and when you call for assistance, nothing is too trouble for them. Surgeon LeonHiew is a absolutely fantastic surgeon, very thorough and very helpful giving you advice. Aftercare he comes to reassure you and the following day. Especially if you have any questions. The food here was absolutely beautiful so hot and very. Again always asking if you want anything even outside of meal times. I recommend this hospital so much to everyone. Will not go anywhere else for private care. Thanks

Great public hospital. Very clean and modern. My wife gave birth to our son here and it had been a pleasant experience. Staff are friendly, professional and supportive. Street parking can be difficult to find. Paid parking lot is available nearby and also underground. Although this can be busy too. Train station is also nearby.

Worrying understaffed. Public hospitals need more resourcing. Liverpool shocking

Parking can be busy depending on day/time. - 2.50 per hr for street ticket parking. - Free before 9am weekdays - Lower ground parking available but can be costly if more than 2hrs. Liverpool hospital: Unfortunately I’ve had to visit the hospital on a regular basis. Since the upgrade.. - phone coverage is very weak. Call drops out depending on location. - free wifi ( however very slow but doesn’t work in all sections of hospital) - Front reception: staff are knowledgeable & efficient. - Hospital layout is much bigger & better. - Signage is simple & easy to read. - Lift A & B are the busiest & slowest. - Lots of new lifts & toilets. - Toilets are clean and well maintained. - Facilities include; * Newsagent * Pharmacy * Florist * Food court * Vending machines * Op shop * Pay station / Cashier (in new section) Customer service: I’ve always had mixed experiences. Depending on the department & urgency of treatments, Day & time. As a shift worker doing long hours like the nurses & staff at the hospital it is quite exhausting on the body. I’ve noticed there have been staff shortages thanks to our health ministers & politicians. Staff pay cuts as advised by staff & staff being over worked. Liverpool is a fast growing suburb & the demand is very high. Today I visited the Renal department to see a kidney specialist, my appointment was at 9am, I wasn’t seen until 11:15. I was annoyed but the staff & Dr’s were doing the best they possibly can. The room was filled with patients. No spare chairs. All hands on deck. Professor Angela Makris - Nephrologist Is by far the best Kidney Specialist I’ve EVER seen. I’ve been to many hospitals for my kidneys.. Angela is Very educated, knowledgeable, professional & kind. Words can’t express my gratitude.

Was in the shower vibing to "Girls Just Want to Have Fun" by Cyndi Lauper and eating some bananas asgrown men do. Not only was I absolutely dropping some killer dance moves during my solo shower party I was also Snapchatting Dannielle a nurse at Liverpool Hospital, telling her about my recent rather large purchase of bananas from Woolworths due to that days alcohol consumption. We were discussing my need to eat on average 5 bananas a day to clear the abundant amount of bananas in my kitchen. Dannielle informed me eating too many bananas could disrupt my hearts electrical system due to too much potassium. She has saved my life, I'd hate to think of the cruel painful death that awaited me if I had eaten too many bananas. She deserves a payrise. I reduced my banana intake and hopefully can enjoy showering to more female rockstars like Beyonce and Whitney Houston thanks to Dannielle. She's also single and cracked at Call of Duty my dudes.

I have been admitted a few times in the Mental Ward. Recently I was bullied by a Psychiatrist. I requested multiple nurses to wake me up for my morning prayer (I'm Muslim) as you aren't permitted your phone. Both of them failed to do so. When I complained to the nurse I was told by the Psychiatrist that staff are under no obligation to wake you up for your prayers. He said they have their jobs to do. I have never been so rudely treated by staff in my life. There is a stigma with the mentally ill that we are criminals but we are not.
