Dr Chang is a very good specialist. He fixed my ear in one visit. Previous specialist I was seeing made me have 3 surgeries at 500 each plus private hospital excess fee. Ear was still not fixed. I went to Dr Chang for a second opinion and he knew straight away how to fix my issue just by using a traditional remedy. I highly recommend this dr. Don't waste your time with other ear doctors.

We booked with Dr Chang on the 17th Aug for the durst appointment available on the 14th Oct at 11:30am. Husband taken time off to take our son as well as him missing part of the school day. Made sure they arrived early at 11:20am ... after 30mins passed our appointment time he asked the receptionist and al she can say is sorry nothing I can do but wait .. in the meantime at least 3 other patients have come in and waited no longer than 10-15 mins before being seen .. so I can’t even say if Dr Chang was running late cause why would patients just come in without waiting as long as we did or was the patients appointment before us and they were running late , which why would they still be allowed to be seen . Now I am a very patience and understanding person . Things happen but waiting an HOUR after our appointment time and still waiting and being told nothing but to wait well then it becomes frustrating and unprofessional. Do yourself a favour if you don’t want to end up wasting your time go see the other many ENT specialist.
My husband visited Dr Chang today. He is a very caring doctor who explains everything to you so you can understand. Would recommend him.
Dr Chang is very kind and soft spoken. He really knows his stuff, and was exceptionally helpful to us when we told him that we were going to be flying overseas in a week with our baby, who had severe glue ear. Dr Chang scheduled her surgery for a few days later so that we didn't have to cancel our trip, as both ear drums were near bursting. The surgery went perfectly and our baby travelled amazingly well. I will always be grateful for how quickly he acted.
The lady that is the receptionist at this Dr surgery is utterly unprofessional. She left me an abusive message because I hadn't returned her calls. I'm glad you have cancelled my appointment because reading the reviews now I understand why people don't show up. If she acted like this I can only imagine what the Robert Chuang is like. Thanks for saving me money. I will be looking elsewhere

I went with a friend of mine today to see Dr Robert Chang. To start off with the receptionist was rude and had a fight with a customer in front of us. Once we went into the doctors office and he began to use dirty utensils, no gloves and whilst all this my friend was complaining as her nose was not numb enough he ignored this and told her to stay still. My friend then asked questions in regards to rhino-plasticity and to do the procedure, he replied with "your nose is too big you will look like Pinocchio". Plus in all this he was bagging the previous doctor I had seen. Consultation fee was initially 260, by the time I walked out the receptionist tried to charge me 580. Overall, my experience here was DISGUSTING and I don't recommend this DR to anyone. He is unprofessional, rude and arrogant. Worst place to ever be !!!
Wondering how Chang Robert become specialist!! he cant make decision, he letting us to decide what to do! Just waste of money!
