We have found it very difficult to sell our business in the last 12 months with the reason being previous sale attempts failed because the landlord has been very difficult to deal with. At some point, getting any kind of response from the landlord is almost impossible! We have felt extremely lucky to be able to hire Omar Khan from Brydens Lawyers to help out. The process of trying to sell the business has been extremely frustrating. At one point almost all negotiations came to a grinding halt just because of the unreasonably difficult and lack of responsiveness from the landlord. But thanks to Omar Khan professionalism and patients and his support in dealing with all parties involved has helped bring us over the line and finally sealed the deal. Once again we’re grateful to have Omar on the case. He is supportive, always responds within few hours and keeps us updated of where things are at.
