9/10 - Great staff, great products, a little pricey compared to online options, but the quality of their range is great. Not super cheap but they do carry an excellent range of products, and you can tell they choose a high quality range and variety. I was on my 3rd cat tree / condo for my cat (she just shreds them, and decided to spend the extra 400) and get a quality one they had there to see if it made a difference. It's definitely held up well, the quality is superior to most and it provides a good height, that's wobble free/isn't going to fall when a crazy cat jumps on it from a few meters away. I had also purchased a contained litter box from them in the past and it's going on 3 years strong now without any problems (again wasn't the cheapest at 140 but quality is there).
The girls are always helpful and plenty of treats available for our beloved Emma and Frankie.
Always friendly and willing to help out with any questions.
