UPDATE: As seen, below this business clearly has no understanding of customer service nor the basic etiquette of Facebook Marketplace and similar. After a previously frustrating experience of having to cancel our visit due to flooding within the Northern Rivers, we returned the next day - finding them not open, during regular midweek 9am - 5pm business hours, the shopkeeper was not present nor had any public facing employee arranged to cover them. She took a painfully long amount of time to respond to my attempted communication about this. Despite this, I attempted to buy from them again in future (stupidly) and as shown by their response, they sold my lamp to another customer despite acknowledging both my 'Sold' and can you please hold until 4pm. Unrepentant. Do not waste your time ----------- Strongly disagree with the previous reviews. I was extremely disappointed to discover that after purchasing a lamp online for my partner's 30th and and driving 2 hours to Rosemont Collectibles from my home during working hours to pick it up, the shopkeeper had sold it on in the meantime without contacting me. When queried about this, she simply shrugged 'Sorry', without providing any reasonable explanation for those actions. Woeful.
