It's been a pleasure dealing with the team at Living Entertainment. Many thanks to Erik for his advice, exemplary knowledge of all things audio and assistance in my purchase. What a fantastic setup they have! The store design is magnificent, it wouldn't look out of place in any big city in the world. They have a myriad of sound systems for all music media types. As for the system I bought (The symphony suite HiFi pack) which was outstanding value for the sound quality, my vinyl collection has never sounded better....Simply staggering. Well done guys! 1 star simply because the product I needed was discounted so lenc were the cheapest. Took far too long to arrive. I get it. Christmas and Covid but still. Too long. Generic email sent to me saying if there is a delay I would be contacted ... No contact. I sent an email asking where the item was ... No response. Best of luck lenc, hope you improve soon.

Wow! It's been a long, long time since I have listened to top end hifi. I have worked in the entertainment industry for years and have heard the best as a normality. To now, find myself listening to such beauty in my own home...it's actually emotional. Nat and his crew are my new best friends!!! No hard sell just charm and knowledge. From entry level to the very finest, I wouldn't go anywhere else.
