Showed up exactly when he said he would. Was friendly and very reasonably priced. We've used others before with no joy, we'll definitely be calling again next year. Thankyou

Sight unseen I accepted Jason's verbal quote to supply and install a secondhand wood heater that would be available to him within the week. Although Jason failed to collect the 200 cash deposit, I waited patiently for him to provide photos and schedule the installation, touching base with him once a week for a few days short of six weeks. When I called him again last Friday 07/04/17, Jason assured me that he would uninstall the heater from another client's home and he would call me on Wednesday 12/04/17 to schedule the installation. However, Jason called me for the first time unexpectedly Monday 10/04/17 at 5:30 PM to advise that he would obtain the heater this coming Good Friday and install it on Saturday (still no photos). He then insisted on upfront payment in full immediately, take it or leave it. I offered him 50% deposit and the balance instantly on completion (still no photos). Jason said he "would not be stuffed around by some bloke on the mainland" and hung-up. From this, I've learned that I should have trusted my initial poor impression of him. Jason is the classic example of the churlish schoolyard bully yet to grow up and the only question remaining is was there ever a heater?
