Put my brand new Hilux in for a warranty issue, drove out of there with a cracked windshield which the service department manager would not take responsibility for whilst the car was in their care. Initial warranty issue also not resolved. Everything has dragged on for an exceptionally long time and I was also hanged up on whilst I had been patient and polite. Extremely disappointing. Kelsey and Daniel are a pleasure to deal with, but the service department manager has a terrible attitude.
