Really disappointed with the communication and timeliness of this business. The price quoted upfront was reasonable, however it took literally several months to finalise a Building Plan Approval for a relatively small retaining wall job. Perhaps this was too small for them to worry about. The communication was terrible - never taking phone calls, never returning messages left with their reception, really slack with returing email and clearly expressing what was required. Over promising and continually under-delivering. One of the employees went on annual leave for 3 months several days after I had spoken with her and hadn't mentioned anything or sent an out of office. I had used them previously on another job and they were great. After this experience, I definitely wouldn't again.
