Dr Gupta should not be practicing as health professional. She completely lacks empathy, very rude and doesn’t even knows how to talk with patient. My sister had an appointment with Dr Gupta this morning for my niece who is 3 moths old regarding her rashes. I was with her. Gp diagnosed the skin condition as eczema but was still doubtful. Dr Gupta didn’t even remove the clothing, barely touched the patient and was not interested the patient history at all. By just glancing at the folding of her arms, Gupta finished her patient assessment. My sister tired to explain about the rashes, her concerns and the treatments so for but Dr Gupta was not interested at all. Rather She said “let me talk and you listen “ . That was really humiliating and worse feeling ever. She doesn’t even deserve one star for her awful treatment.
Just called with regards to booking an initial consultation and the receptionist was lovely - she mentioned that the referral must first come from your GP - consult fee with Dr Ian Younger is 200, 75 of which is covered by Medicare. Note however she said that there is a very high volume of patient bookings being taken and as of the 26th June 2020, there is a 2-3 month waiting time so call to book fairly quickly if needed otherwise you'll be waiting a while to get in.
Went and saw Dr Ian Younger with my 7 year old daughter, who had an undiagnosed skin condition. Miss 7 was very nervous and worried about what might happen, she need not have worried. The receptionist gently mention that she was nervous, and Dr Younger was absolutely brilliant. He spoke with such empathy and kindness and reassured her that there was nothing going to happen. He was able to make a diagnoses and prescribed a cream which has worked wonders. The receptionist was lovely when booking and very helpful when booking. If you need a skin doctor this is the ONE!
Dr Ian Younger is by far the best dermatologist i've been too. He is always so warm, friendly, empathetic and sympathetic and always goes above and beyond to make sure you're always well taken care of. I cant recommend him enough.
Very friendly and energetic. He said his colleague was a leading expert in the condition I have and got me the very next appointment with her on the same day. He seems like an excellent human being. Highly recommend.
Dr Ian Younger is a kind, caring and empathetic doctor. He actively listens, goes above and beyond and is brilliant at what he does. From both engagement to procedures. The receptionists are also absolutely lovely as well. I honestly can't recommend Dr Younger and the practice as a whole highly enough.
