Took my partner and son here and had an okay time. Not overly impressed with the staff and communication they have towards customers. Asked the lady (after paying 40) if they could put the bumpers up for my son when it comes to his turn to bowl and she agreed to doing it. When it came to my son having his bowl, the bumpers didn't come up so I went and asked them why the bumpers aren't up and the lady said they don't allow it when adults are playing too because the bumpers could break and that when my son is to bowl with the guided ramp, the ball will go in the gutter anyway (not sure how that is meant to make the situation better). Thank you for scamming me for my money. I really hope no one encounters this as it really makes your day go from enjoyable to unenjoyable knowing that communication could have been better from the staff before the transaction has been made.

Straight up rude!! Honestly go somewhere else where you will be treated with respect and feel welcomed. I hope the lady with the hi viz covid Marshall vest and dirty foot fungus will find happiness one day. My heart aces for you sweetie.

Had a great night here with the kids. Great info on the screens about your bowling game. Would be good if it wasn't so dark in there. Not sure why all the bowling places have the disco theme.. makes it hard to bowl and they weren't playing disco music..
Good family atmosphere, the 3, 4 & 7 year old grandchildren had a ball
