Going through this difficult time this company was by far very professional , respectful and showed compassion for my beloved willow . I was so pleased with how everything was dealt with and when she did return home she came back in a beautiful box with her name and seeds to plant for remembering her . I recommend this company to everyone with a lost loved pet they make this journey somewhat less painfully . Thank you to all the staff involved your amazing !

My beautiful girl of 16 years passed and my vet had organised her cremation for me. My girl was returned to me in what was such a beautiful presentation. The box that holds her ashes is perfect, down to the lovely velvet bag that held the box, along with some seeds to plant in remembrance of her. A huge shout out to Kim in customer care who went above and beyond for me over the past couple of weeks...you are amazing and I thank you from the bottom of my heart.
Our grief was overwhelming and our family devastated when we had to lay to sleep our precious Cocker Spaniel, 15year old 'Coco' quite suddenly on the 26th of August. It all unraveled very fast and in our time of sorrow, we didn't deal with Bamganie Pet Cremations directly but via Southpaws. We never spoke or met a representative from Bamganie at all but their true professionalism and compassion for our beloved pets is pretty evident in the way that everything was handled entirely. Even though we missed the cut off day of Tuesday, they made an exception and picked up Coco and returned her to us beautifully in a very short time. You could tell that a lot of care and thought goes into their work and that our beloved pets are treated with utmost respect and dignity. Included with Coco, was a beautiful plaque with her paw print, a vial with a lock of her fur, an engraved plaque for her beautiful rosewood box and a packet of seeds to grow in her memory - all quite unexpected. They are deeply thoughtful touches that we will treasure forever. Even though Bamganie is a business, it's a true testament that genuine 'love' is at the core of their business. I wish to thank all the amazing people at Bamganie for their love, care and dedication. We are extremely impressed, forever grateful and humbled. Sincerely Eromi Ponniah
After the loss of my beautiful boy Gus, I was feeling incredibly low after the treatment from the vet I took gus to after his passing. The staff at Bamganie were absolutely fantastic and fact my what I needed to help me get through this sad time. The staff made sure my dressing gown and a letter to Gus were placed on him at my request and even took photos of him so I knew it was done. I am SO grateful to them all. I will use them again and it has restored my faith in businesses that look after animals. I will miss Gus forever but so happy that he was treated respectfully until he is returned home to me.
My two old cats, Ekko and YodaMouse, died within 4 months of each other, and the care, compassion and understanding shown by the team at Bamganie is second to none. Thank you.
Dear Bamganie – We just wanted to thank you for your beautiful service that was entirely unexpected. When our wonderful 19 year old, green eyed, ginger cat Luc finally passed away, we were quite traumatised. Our brilliant vets asked if we wanted her cremated and we immediately said yes, not really thinking about the process or what would be involved. When we were told that her ashes were ready to be collected, we felt the circle was complete. We turned up, and were given a beautiful bag: it contained Luc’s ashes all sealed up, her wonderful pawprint and poppy seeds. It was all very tastefully packaged and beautifully presented. Many, many heartfelt thanks for making the end of her life as fitting as it should have been: a moment of pride for having shared deep companionship and love with her, a note to self that just because she is no longer with us does NOT mean we do not miss her! We will be scattering her ashes today underneath her favourite plum tree, where she loved to sit – half in sunshine, half in shade! And soon after, we will be planting poppies there too. We didn't have to directly deal with Bamganie after our 11 year old staffy passed away as out vet took care of everything. But a big thank you for the very quick turn around, the beautiful box and other little touches that were included. Our Axel is now back at home with us, always. Thank you
