We asked Tasnet works to delay an outage 90 minutes last Sunday morning from 8.30 till 11 asked for it to be moved to 10 till 12.30 for maintenance that needed doing every 8 years . They Cut the power to multiple hotels/motels when we needed it the most , lied about a chemist needing the power on Sunday morning , just a pity they are closed Sundays They said they had spoken to a neighbouring Motel , the manager which I called rang them straight away to try and move there outage . Lies Lies Lies I have no problem with the workers but the management is of very doubtful quality and treat you with contempt to say the least . In the real world you need to look after clients not kick them when there down .

Tasnetworks attended a weekend callout at our property this Saturday. They were fast, effective and friendly and best of all, fixed the problem.
