Do not camp here it have no camp kitchen and very old amenities. It was very expensive for a piece of grass and no night lights to find my way. Also got very bitten by mozzies. Not a good experience. I have been in far better camp sites for much less. S.

Run down. Van wouldn't fit on site provided. We booked a site for 5 nights over Christmas we drove 6.5 hours to get here to find that our van wouldn't fit on the ensuite site. And the condition and location of the site is horrendous.
Beautiful park people. So far quiet. Lovely staff and management. Normal.
I like the setting and the environment, I am looking for a long term cabin, and Leisure Park will be a place to stay, the Lady a the office is very pleasant, nice , cheerful.
Disappointing. Our 7 day trip to Port Macquarie was organised well in advance and when we arrived, all the rain made the site boggy, muddy and completely unfit for our party of 7! We were left with no choice but to find alternate accommodation, last minute. The staff member we spoke to wasn’t helpful about options (everything offered were sites next to the originally assigned site with the acknowledgment that they needed the sand/gravel place to open to fix the site/s) and when we asked for a refund, there was a strict no refund policy. We were required to pay our deposit on booking and the remaining balance 2 weeks before arriving. There was no courtesy call/email to let us know that the site may not be suitable due to the amount of rain recently in the area, but if we chose to turn up, then so be it. Other caravan parks agreed this was unprofessional and bad park management! They weren’t prepared to negotiate their refund policy - clear that WE DID WANT TO stay at Leisure Park, however the site WAS NOT TO STANDARD so that meant we were unable to. We were then further out of pocket by having to book another caravan park last minute (lucky for last minute cancellations due to COVID) as well as scrambling to find somewhere to stay that night with 3 small babies. Not ideal! If you’re looking to stay here and have a caravan, please consider other parks in town that provide actual sites big/fit for purpose for all caravans, adequate slabs and the park is built for you to tow/park your caravan much easier!

Clean cabin, quite park. Friendly owners! Love the free BBQ and kids love the pool. So glad we could take our pup with us too
