I normally wouldn’t be bothered to leave a review, but this has to be said. The most extremest arrogant people to deal with. Had 3 pairs of heals to repair (makes a comment on the colour ) dropped them off, when I came back to pick it up I inspected the shoes. One of them was clearly bad workmanship. You bring your shoes to a “repairer” and expect a satisfactory repair, when I pointed it out that the workmanship was very poor and in the condition that was very below standards, they were very defensive and rude. They told me to take my shoes and go away. These people do not deserve anyone’s business, poor customer service and arrogant. Did not offer to ask how they can solve the issue, but just constantly deny. Absolutely immature and unprofessional! It’s only because the convenience of the location I had to choose that place. Definitely not recommend anyone or coming back

Great job sorting my car key battery - quick, well priced and friendly customer service.
Strongly advise not to use this guy. He tried to charge me 280 to copy my car key. Mr Minnut in Leichhardt market place charged 150. He previously charged me 18 for two normal keys to get copied (my fault for going through with that one).
Incredibly bad customer service - very abrupt and rude. Their price list is also non-existent, the owner just plucks a number out of his head!
The worst service I have ever received. Took my shoes in for a repair and was told one price when I dropped them off. After four days and leaving many messages that were not returned went in to find my shoes hadn't been fixed and told it would cost me double what was quoted. The man was extremely rude and generally awful to deal with. Very upset
Good, quick, affordable service. If you need shoes fixed or keys cut this will do you just fine.
18 for a key cut, better inform the Mafia
Relatively good price, but let down by bad communication (shoes went missing for a while...)
