I have just received fantastic customer service from the team in this Optus store. A young women, Eva, was particularly helpful, knowledgeable and effecient.
Nice place, polite and professional staff
I personally had very poor customer service at this store. After spending my whole morning trying to get the PUK number from my sim card because it was locked and I needed to make work phone calls, the CSR from My Optus chat couldn't help me as they weren't able to retrieve my details and I was told to head to one of the Optus stores with my ID. Headed to Leichhardt store with my driver licence and sim card and phone and found out that my details did not match their records because when I bought the sim card from the Optus store at the Warringah Mall in Brookvale on 20/10/2019 the CSR (named ZMO as per my purchase ticket) didn't register my DOB and my address properly so at the Leichhardt store Michael and his colleague wouldn't help me or at least make the effort so I left with the feeling that it was more important for them to watch Rugby on the big screen they have in the store that doing the job they are actually supposed to do. Then I went back home and reached out again through the chat and they said they couldn't help and that I had go to the store to change my details. Finally after a long phone call a very helpful CSR called Terence, he was able to retrieve my details, update them and finally provide my with the PUK number. I wouldn't bother going to the Leichhardt store unless you want to waste your time.
Andrew is one of the best!!! We have been coming here for years now and we could not be happier with Andrews service he is absolutely amazing at he’s job and I recommend everyone to come here the best Optus Store in Sydney !!! , He is so friendly and we are always happy when we leave the store as he’s customer service is 100% you will not be disappointed. we love you Andrew xx.
The store hours say 5:30pm close on a Friday, however I got there at 5:20pm and the store was already closed.
A tech savvy bunch of blokes with impeccable knowledge of the Optus package and other competitor platforms. I’d recommend wholeheartedly.
