Nina and all at Lifetime Industries provided outstanding service. Mine was a renovation with odd timelines and a few tradespeople difficulties on site. Nina worked within these difficulties solving problems as they arose with absolute patience, care and professionalism. The production of my kitchen bench top and office desk was completed with lightening speed. The products were A1 standard. I couldn't be happier with Lifetime Industries.

Ordered a benchtop with specially designed shaped from them. Made and delivered on time. The shape was done perfect. Communication was prompt and smooth. The guy is very easy to talk to and understands what you are saying(rare quality in the industry). There was some hassle in the process but it was solve at the best effort. Regardless of which kitchen maker to go to, I would recommend anyone double check every details before placing the final order to be responsible for themselves.
DO NOT USE LIFETIME INDUSTRIES, this is why... 1. Their customer support staff claimed that she had been trying to contact me all week, despite ignoring my email until 2.34pm today for a 3pm cutoff order 2. the information she provided in the quote was wrong, and she took no responsibility 3. at 2.50pm I asked her to amend the order for a benchtop laminex colour with clear instructions, she would not insisting that I had missed the 3pm cutoff and her staff were leaving for the day. 4. Her only response was to push for me to make payment on the wrong order, giving no indication that this would be rectified, I declined. 5. After a terrible experience, I tried to call the main number to make a complaint to the management of the company. Despite both their voicemail and this google listing indicating that they are open to 4pm, the message also made it clear that they were shut for the day. I understand ordering building products leading up to Christmas can be an issue, but in my 15 years in the building industry I have never come across a more useless and disappointing experience, with their staff choosing to argue with me about time rather than work with the time limit to process my order. DO NOT USE THEM!
Can’t speak highly enough of the people at Lifetime. Over and above providing a quality product at a great price is the fantastic personal service both before and after sales. They helped us to fine-tune our design, supplied the cabinets twice as fast as what other companies were offering then helped us problem-solve some minor issues that arose as we installed. Highly recommended.
Items were damaged before we had picked them up from their ‘factory’. No responsibility was taken. Was told I should have picked them up earlier to avoid them getting damaged. Extremely disappointed.
