Nice cars but there is a general lack of engagement from many of the sales staff, who unlike other dealerships don't enquire about your needs, etc. Also many models are not there, like the Fiat 500X, etc, and they take your name down for a test drive but nobody calls you back. They have affected my interest in getting a Fiat because I can't see them having a long term presence in Australia unless they invest in a better dealer group network.

Bought a fiat from Andrew and Mat. They were no fuss. Were very easy to deal with. None of that typical car dealer crap. I had a pleasant experience.

Bought a very nice car. Never once were offered even a coffee. Receiving the car and received detailed explanation going through the car was excellent though.
Having great cars is the first step to a great dealership and this is a given at Leichardt Fiat!! The showroom is simple and uncluttered and the staff are happy to let you browse!! In addition if you want to take a model for a test drive they are more than happy to oblige!! But.....the staff are a little few on the ground, so they are constantly between customers, making you feel a little unloved!! So they are great cars, it's a great showroom, just get in early to get the first class treatment!

I was in the market for a new car, after recently selling my BMW and in fact had been in strong conversations with Mercedes Benz on a new vehicle by which I was certain I would buy on the coming Monday, that was until I had a call from Mathew Shipkke asking me to come in to view the Alfa Romeo 4c. His persistence paid off! On entering the Alfa Romeo showroom I was met by Seth Milano, who made me feel welcomed and was very attentive to my thoughts and walked me through the car and the sales process. Never have I had such fun, easy and welcomed experienced in purchasing a car from a dealer. Not only was Seth's conduct memorable it made me feel Alfa Romeo Leichhardt was a professional outfit that would look after me from the sale of the car and post the purchase, which in fact has been true to date. Either it be Susie on delivery, Andrew with his advice and sales management prowess, Tony in parts or Daniel in service. An A1 outfit. I had dealt with many car salesmen in my quest to purchase a new car, though Seth Milano would be one person I would mention if a friend or colleague was in a market to purchase a new car, as I am certain he would show them the same passion and courtesy as he did I. On the flip side, if I had to make one slight negative remark, the Alfa 4c showroom should be sharing the Lamborghini showroom, not Honda! Or at least the 4c and its other premium lines should sit next to other such exotic cars. For a consumer buying this car, this would make them feel very very special. It was confusing when walking in the showroom to see an Alfa 4c next to a Honda civic. Take that a side, a very happy customer, thanks Seth, Matthew, Andrew and the team, much appreciated.
