After searching in shops and online, for decent sized wine racks, I discovered this business on Houzz. I was impressed when I contacted them, going back a couple years now, when I was at start of Building my dream home. I have since been dealing with the same person who has given me exemplary service, even post payment. After getting advice , I confidently selected wine racks to fit purpose within my home. I was supplied with a variety of choices even custom builds. This business caters for commercial wine storage, and as a home buyer was surprised as to the excellent treatment and service I received as I was making a relatively small purchase. When things went pear shape with house build timing, I was afforded the grace of this business holding price for me and subsequently stored my racks for a very long time once produced. I purchased a very sturdy galvanised steel rack that holds 216 bottles. We have installed this rack in our internal storage room to cellar wines. For every day wine drinking I purchased 2 Black powder coated wall hung racks that each hold 36 bottles. At this point we have installed one of the black racks in the Butlers Pantry, the other to go in our cocktail room. See photos of installed racks so far. I highly recommend Australian Wine Cellar Racks for great product, price and service. If you are like me, I to love to buy from Aussie businesses, and this business is certainly deserving of patronage. When contacting, I can recommend asking for Customer Service person, Roy. I can vouch for after sales service too. We found a few fittings missing, Roy got straight onto it and sent them to me in Newcastle in a flash. Very happy customer.

Steve worked with me as well as consulting with our builder to help design a rack that was going to fit my space as well as my larger champagne bottles. The end result is a stunning champagne feature wall in our elevator shaft that has everyone commenting on it. The rack is well made and very affordable!
