My local Lebanese bakery. Made to order fresh while you wait. Lots of different options to pick from and they also provide catering with a couple days notice. Friendly staff and fast service. They have indoor seating so you can enjoy the food while you're there. Highly recommend that you pay them a visit.

Sadly dont live in the area anymore but trying the other bakeries in Auburn, Lidcombe, Parramatta and Wynyard, I have to say nothing is like the way they make it here. Yes it is soft but I'm the biggest fan of the slight crisp of the inner side with the toppings being folded in. Incredible with the olive oil soaked in and the authentic zataar mix. Highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to try a manoush :)
they have the best food
This place makes THE BEST zaartar in Sydney south west. The bread isn't too thin like a lot of other bakeries and it's not thick doughy either. It's fluffy and perfect. The service is amazing as well. Everyone's friendly, polite, smiles and the price is super reasonable. Favourite Lebanese bakery!
