From all the encounters I have had with the individuals that worked with clients they seem to be very caring and genuine. However, it seemed to me that the upper management has no respect or interest in doing anything beneficial with their clients just milking them for profit.

Promises are only as strong as the person that holds them. A lot of promises when choosing a service but without any structure thereafter parents remain in a position where they have to try their best to micromanage the (well-intentioned) workers, because well it seems that isn't the interest of management. How stressful!
Honestly I can’t recommend “ HYPAR & HYPAR WILD” enough and (NDIS APPROVED) . My Son (Special Needs) has been with them for nearly 5yrs and with all there support, he is now gaining more confidence and learning to be more independent, and being more involved in the community. He has 1:1 Mentor, who has encouraged/taught him, so much. They go fishing, cook Bbq’s, Mountain Bike Riding, Hiking, Kayaking, Barber, Movies and bowling. He’s also learning how to use Public Transport, Money handling/budgeting and building more positive relationships at home & in the community. The HYPAR Wild Camp’s, we’re he has been encouraged and learnt so much, how to be independent and to work as a team, now he like’s to be a leader and is looking forward to the next one. He has built many relationships within the HYPAR Community. They will help you and your young person in anyway possible. I can’t Thank them enough, for there support. Especially for my son to feel comfortable , safe, stable and in a healthy/positive environment Is the best feeling in the world for a Parent.
