Visited early on Saturday the 27th of October 2018. I am building my first home, as explained to the sales assistant in show room. As it is such a daunting task building a first home, I was in need of some advice and prices on exterior bricks. I had informed the sales assistant of my price range. Not once did the sales assistant give me a price on said bricks. The only pricing I was given was when I found the brick that I knew was the one. The price that I received was “you’re batting above your range”. This was said quite rudely. Also wouldn’t give me an ultimatum or show me bricks that were in my price range. This is worst customer service I have ever received. I have now purchased the brick that was “out of my price range” from another distributor.
