Access Equipment Hire are an absolute pleasure to deal with, they are the best in the business in terms knowledge and service. Plant is always in excellent condition, delivered on time and delivery drivers always call ahead. Dawnie in particular is a champion who will always do whatever she can to assist. In my experience I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Had a dispute with a supplied electric scissor not going up on a flat concrete slab. Asked for the machine to be swapped over for an all terrain. Meanwhile another electric worked just fine. Subsequently received a 400 charge for the swap over. When I complained was told by the GM I should have read the spec sheet which stipulates a tolerance in floor gradient of 1 degree and that I should have taken photo’s of all of the surfaces I would be working on and submitted them prior . I don’t know of any slabs without a drainage gradient so that renders this machine inoperable under every circumstance know to man. Yet they would not budge on the charge after I offered to meet them half way. Needless to say last time as a customer but them’s the brakes

Worked with Dawnie and her team since Access Equipment Hire started in Melbourne. It's an absolute pleasure dealing with them. Their knowledge it second to none, machines are of a very high quality. Always clean, most seem brand new. They never have breakdowns and are regularly serviced when onsite. I never have to call them, they will chase me up to book in a service. Their truck drivers always call when they are nearby for delivery. They stick to times when a set time (delivery) is required on site. Just remember they say you get what you pay for which these days everyone wants cheap cheap cheap. These guys are QANTAS not Tiger airways (are they even still around??). This team is by far the best/ newest fleet going around Melbourne. Just remember when looking at reviews, there will always be that one person that complains, its usually because of them, not the company they are complaining about. Look at all the reviews and form your own opinion. I wouldn't use anybody else, thanks Dawnie and team for a great all round service and products.
