Everyone makes mistakes and when things dont go right it's an opportunity for a business to show just how great they really are. The guys and gals at Repco Launceston went above and beyond expectations to help solve the issues and I am really impressed with that. Thank you for being exceptionally professional and excellent customer service.
Very poor parts knowledge, unless it's on the computer screen in front of them they say it doesn't exist. Want a universal fuel pump? Don't go to Repco, they need a year/make/model to punch into the computer. If it didn't come OEM then you're out of luck at Repco. Such a shame, they were the powerhouse for parts for so long. They have all the knowledge of a Supercheap store, and that's not a compliment.

Most times they have what you want and if not they will soon order it in. The staff are very helpfull and friendly
Very Impressed with Repco Launceston. I was able to find the item I required that AutoBarn and Super cheap did not have in stock (Brake Light). I will make Repco my number 1 first stop in future and ask for Kyron who was great to deal with.
