delivers almost two hours after dilevery, hey are closed so I cannot get a replacement nor do they answer my calls - I ordered a large half half and got a small tropical - not the first time my orders been wrong with them, will be taking my orders elsewhere from now on.

Two stars because it came sooner than expected, (90 minutes given). The pizza is generous. NO STARS because of the service received by the girl who answered the phone. Please call to be answered by an untrained server who sounds as if they are bored and annoyed by your order. People are not referred to as (are you ‘surname?’) Should I apologise for ordering? PLEASE TRAIN YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE CREW! I order because you serve decent pizza but I use other restaurants because you are rude and often closed even though advertised as open. Seriously necessary training required. I do not like to be referred to as; is that ‘a surname’? If I have ordered before and you know my details, I am giving you customer service gold on a platter.

I ordered two pasta, one is sicilian pasta. im not sure it is the special flavor for it. sausage and tomato are over cooked, they become to black. black things are almost half of my pasta. update: 9/4/2020 morning, we were **** who eaten pasta.

I love pizza and I have enjoyed many a fine creation. I must say the reliability of the Italian pizza house is a main choice of my family's. I have never once been let down by them.

Ordered a creamy tomato bolognese pasta dish and lasagna. Pasta was very watery and only tasted like tomato (it had barely any meat and not much pasta) and the lasagna was full of shredded pizza ham and seemed to only have sauce on the top, so the inside just tasted like herbed meat. Both dishes had leaked by the time I walked them to the car and despite being told there was a 15 to 20 min wait we waited for at least 40 minutes (we watched and it only took them 3 minutes to make the pasta dish right at the end). Only giving the one star as the kids ate the pasta without complaint.

It saddens me to say but what was once the best pizza place in town is now not worth the effort. For the past few years the service and over all professionalism has been in decline. The pizzas can still be good but are hit and miss at best. A visit to the store leaves questions around food safty and hygiene and to top it off it seems they now can't be bothered to stay open past 8pm on a Saturday night. Sorry guys, after 30 years you've lost me to Wise Guise. Hopefully someone buys this once iconic Launceston business and returns it to its former glory. Until then... Addio!
