Was out in Launceston and felt like an after dinner coffee. What a great place. Designer cup cakes and other delicious goodies. Well done Charlie's for a well presented shop and great customer service.

Delicious...I have no other words. Service was great. Delicious delicious. Make sure you book on the weekend, very limited seating so you will need to make sure you book ahead to get a table. The cookies are warm and delicious, no wait time at all to get your food. You won't be disappointed.
One word: DELICIOUS! The portions are quite large so can definitely share if you’re not a dessert competitive eater. Staff is super nice also.
First time there, coffee and desserts are to die for, we will drive from devonport to Launceston again just for there desserts, worth the drive
A delious array of desserts for everyone, covid safe as well. We had the fondue platter for two, nutella/strawberry waffles, apple with salted caramel sauce waffles, white chocolate brownie with lavender icecream and purple fairy floss. Topped with Mars Bar and crunchie thickshakes. Oh boy!!! Certainly not everyday food but a great treat for sure.
Just had the best caramel slice! If you love caramel slice; you have to get one! Made with pure love! Customer service was excellent!
Terrible customer service We walked in and waited 5 min for acknowledgement. Then asked for a menu and then told to use a QR code. Which was fine. I asked to sit in the other side of the cafe as the first side was busy on one seat left and window bar seats I was told to sit in the first section. A minute late another 2 couples walked in 1 lot had to wait in the window seat and waited for takeaway. Another couple could sit in the other half of the cafe. After I was just told I couldn't sit in there ! So as the couple that ordered takeaway were given there takeaways a group of 4 walked in . They were not acknowledge by the young lad who just walked straight past them to deliver the takeaway. He then proceeded to walk past them again with no acknowledgement. ???? They then waited another couple of minutes and still no acknowledgement. So they just took a seat. Just as they took a seat 2 elderly ladies in about there mid to late 50's walked in were offered a seat straight away and we're given menus no mention of QR code for them . The other 4 people noticed that were being served they also asked for menus and we're given 1 menu and told that they could use the QR codes. REALLY......... Ok on the good side dessert was really nice credit where credit is due and the young girl that ended up doing the serving was quite pleasant.
Great service, Great food and great place. In other words it is an amazing place with fabulous desserts.
