I have been dealing with the Abode Team for a couple of months now and the only word I can use to describe my experience is “incredible”! Since the moment I first engaged with Abode, they have been nothing but friendly, efficient and understanding. I am a first home owner and came into this process completely blind - I never thought that owning a home of this caliber would be possible (let alone for my first home); yet Ty, Pete and the Abode Team proved me wrong! I was very particular about the design of my home - I made numerous changes throughout the process, yet it was never an issue. The team were extremely accommodating, with all tasks completed in a timely manner. It’s amazing what the Abode Team has been able to achieve in such a short period of time, not to mention the stress-free experience and value for money their packages offer customers. I could not recommend their business enough for anyone who is looking for a spectacular, custom-built home. To the Abode Team - thank you for being so professional, efficent and for guiding me through the building process. I am very much looking forward to moving into my wonderful new property!
Met with Pete for an initial consultation on a house and land package. Initially I thought by the time we talked inclusions and options that a new home would not be achievable, I was very surprised to find the high quality of inclusions. Pete was extremely supportive with the information provided and questions we threw at him. We could not of asked for a more positive experience and are looking at moving forward with Abode.
Called adobe designer house to organise an appointment about getting some price as we planning to build next year, the gentleman asked me if I was builder shopping and I answer yes, we would like to plan in advance and compare prices (understanding very well that in a year time prices would fluctuate). Well apparently he didn't like the idea and told me that he wasn't interested! They must have so much work that they are refusing potential customers I imagine. For my part I found his reply quite offensive and rude. They could be a good builders but a crash course in communication skills wouldn't hurt them at all.
The team at abode are awesome- so helpful and accommodating. Nothing is too hard for these guys.
