Beautiful grassy unmarked spots. wheel chair access toilets and two massive water tanks (please note the water isn't suitable for drinking, unless boiled). Has a short bush walk, close to the waterfall and lookouts. close to shops and only about 15mins to Harrington which has a IGA Store.

Great place to camp. Park anywhere, kick back and relax, it's away from the highway and not easy to get into without prior info. That makes it good.

Coopernook State Forest (HQ) has a large, grassy camping area with all types of rigs and well-behaved dogs welcome. Toilets are usually clean but there is no water or taps and no Dump Point. It's a lovely area and very quiet. The entrance road is a bit rough but well worth it. It's only a short drive into Taree and the supermarkets. Coopernook Hotel also has a camping area at the rear, great meals and it's only 4km from the Forest Camping Area.
