Unethical service. Unprofessional staff. Dirty business practice. We asked and paid for goat meat. Staff gave us the lamb. We called the store to inform. The person over the phone agreed that what was given to us was lamb but charged goat. We were offered refund or replacement over the phone. We inform the shop keeper the lamb has been cooked and we are happy to bring it back but he insisted not to bring the cooked meat. We came to store next day and inform the staff about communication. The whole staff ignored us kept us waiting only to decline to provide refund or replacement. We wasted our time buying and cooking and the meat which we don't even eat. If you have an option buy from somewhere else. I doubt if it's even halal what they claim. Bloody cheats.
