I purchased tiles 1 month ago and overordered. When I tried to return 1 box of unopened tiles they were quite rude and objectional and I do not recommend this company to anyone!

Great selection of tiles and the service leaves nothing wanting. The new management have really lifted this store with their service, knowledge and expertise. Highly recommendable for those who are looking at any types of tiles from cheap and cheerful to high end tiles.

A fantastic store to visit. Sydney Tile Market was at least the 20th tile store we had visited but the 1st with proper customer service. Matt was absolutely helpful with suggestions and comparisons of different tiles. They provided insight into what tiles suit best and did not force the sale on us. They even provided a hand sketch on the spot. Hugh gave us different ideas for the second bath room. Highly recommended a must for tile seekers!
