Easily the best boxing gym in Sydney with an excellent team of coaches. They bring the best out of you, motivate and inspire you to push yourself. All around great vibes for all levels of experience.

The facilities here are good... But I can't recommend Ronny and his team enough. I personally came to improve on my technique and that's exactly what I got from the coaches. The support and advice they give are always knowledgeable. All levels of boxing are welcomed from beginner to advanced classes. So you won't have to worry even if you are new. If you are looking to get fit, learn the sport or even improve on your boxing, honestly give these guys a go. Ronny and his team are with you every step of the way.

Great atmosphere. You will find all in this boxing gym no matter if goal competing, fitness or lose weight. It has all for all different background and fitness level. Ronny the coach is really a professional in boxing/fitness knowledge and business wise. Highly recommend.

Never write reviews but was particularly appalled by my experiences with Focus (never even made it to the front door)... I was interested in joining this gym as an amateur in hopes of training consistently to progress my skills and general fitness. Upon calling to enquire about training structure and pricing, I was quickly dismissed by the owner who told me “if I am asking about price, I am in it for the wrong reason” and was virtually rejected from joining the gym on this basis (on my enquiry call). I don’t think this was an unreasonable enquiry given there is no indication of memberships / pricing online, and to most people, having an idea of whether something will cost you 1k a month vs 200 a month is a large factor in your decision to join. I think it was particularly insensitive in light of how many people lost their jobs / are under financial strain due to COVID. While I understand that the training at Focus is reputable and high profile, I don’t think this should come at the cost of transparency, and I also don’t think people should be turned away for enquiring more about the gym.

AMAZING!!! Great facilities with a really good vibe. Everyone is friendly, humble and positive. Coaches are really good and go the extra mile in all aspects. Whether you just starting out, intermediate or advanced; trust you going to be learning and improving with every session.

Service is second to none. Great family environment but also with a competitive edge. Coaches have great teaching. Members are always sticking as a team and trying to uplift each other no matter the weight , age , Experience , cultural and religious backgrounds everyone feels welcome.

Training with coach Ronny is a true boxing lesson, and at the same time the best therapy for shattered nerves and stress. Training level adjusted to skills, everyone can train, from amateur to professional. All of this in a unique atmosphere. I’ve tried a few boxing gyms in the past but nothing was even close to what I’ve learned and achieved at Focus Boxing. Strongly recommend for those thinking seriously about boxing.
