BCF wasn't very busy when I took my son down to buy some bits and pieces. The staff were very knowledgeable and they helped me to carry the heavy equipment to the register and into my car. I found the prices to be very reasonable and parking wasn't difficult either.

I have only just shopped at BCF LABRADOR QLD. It has to be the best customer service I have experienced in a very long time. I was shopping for a beach cart, Donna happily assisted me. She was friendly knowledgeable patient and also offered to take it out to my car to see if it fits. She then offered to assemble it all for me. She was just lovely. It’s because of her that I will be shopping for all my beach, picnic and outing needs. I’ll be surely looking out for her next time. Thank you Donna, you made my day and one very happy customer. I would give the Labrador store zero if I could. I've given 2 stars because I am not anti all BCF staff and stores. When a customer tells you what they want, customer service staff should listen. Trying to sell me a 2000 reel with small capacity was not what I wanted, so I went to the Oxenford store and bought the 3000 I wanted in the first instance. Telling the customer in an agitated and exasperated tone, that you are trying to help them out, but you don't want to listen. Is as rude as it gets. To make out the customer is an idiot is rude as it gets. I now have a 2500 with 250m of 6 lb and a 3000 with 250 of 8lb. That is what I wanted. The customer pays your wages.

In and out quickly with help from the friendly staff, my kind of shopping. Ask where something is, shown exactly where it is without being pushed into buying better, more expensive etc and quick checkout service with friendly staff.
