I've been doing Reformer Pilates at Good Self for a couple of months to help me improve my posture, reduce back pain, strengthen my core and to improve my overall health & wellness. Having never done Reformer Pilates before, I had no idea what to expect, but from day 1 I can honestly say it's changed my life. I see improvements in myself each time I go, I look forward to going to each class, Tash Tobin is an excellent instructor who really treats everyone as individuals and works really hard to make sure everyone is using the correct equipment and weights, and not doing anything they may not be able to handle or push them too far, but also very very encouraging. The facilities are fantastic, and the class booking process online is very user-friendly. Cannot recommend Good Self highly enough!

Before coming to Tash at Goodself I had spent the best part of 6 years in pain with a running injury, the pain would be so bad some days especially while driving. I had been to so many other practitioners Osteopath, physio, and doctors and spend a lot of money, but nothing worked. It only took a couple of session before the relief came. I can honestly say she has completely changed my quality of life and I highly recommend Tash. Her knowledge and professionalism is exceptional.

I've been regularly using Good Self for over a year now. I started out with a joint booking for a Naturopath and Chiropractor session, and since then have joined their reformer pilates classes and get monthly remedial massage. I've tried many different ways to improve my back over the years but I've found the combined approach of osteo, pilates and massage to be the most effective in managing my back issues. I never really 'got' pilates in the past but absolutely love reformer pilates. And I live for my monthly massages! But what I particularly like about Good Self is that all the practitioners work together, so they are all aware of your current health issues. It's a really cohesive approach to managing your overall well-being and I feel like my health is in good hands. Highly recommend!
