I have known James Grundy for over 10 years, not only through the Kite Industry but also from trips together. I cannot speak any higher of the fella . His dedication to service and after sales support really is a testament of the character of a good person and excellent business mind. My experience was not good at all. Last year me and my partner bought a Groupon ,so we booked it and went there but the guy didn't show up and then he told us that he will make it up for us giving a free lesson ,but he never replay after that and ignore us . For us is very bad because we really wanted to learn kitesurfing and we where very happy to learn but not anymore.

Great shop, Excellent service from James. I reached out to ProKite in a last minute rush to purchase a kite for a holiday. James sorted me out with exactly what I needed, got it delivered to me all the way in WA, on time, all for a very reasonable price. Very friendly to deal with. I did a foil surfing lesson with Prokite, it was amazing!!! A huge thank you to James who got us all up riding the foil and gave us all the tips we needed to keep us safe and give us the knowledge to take a foil into the surf or get ride under a kite. Everyone should have a go at foiling it's so much fun! Cant thanks you guys enough! It was awesome.

I had my first introduction to foiling with James and Prokite Australia, and as a testament to the amazing and thorough training and patience of James, I was able to get up and foil in my first lesson . The Konrad boarding gear that we got to use in the lesson was first class and I do believe that I am now hooked on the foiling feeling. So cool to feel like you are soaring above the water. A massive thank you to Prokite Australia for the thorough instruction, attention to detail, and encouragement to keep going for it! Definitely a great place in Sydney, Australia to learn how to foil, kite board, and just have a ball in the water.
