Terrible company to deal with at head office level with extremely poor quality products, curtains for a large 2 story house all started breaking down and deteriorating within two years (powdery breakdown & Yellowing on rear of curtains even on southern side of house). Called them inside 2 year warranty period but email communication sent just after 2 year warranty expired, they sent the sales rep around (actually a really nice guy) and he even agreed the product should not do that and offered a solution at Kresta's expense. Kresta head office then declined their own sales rep's representation and tried to charge 50% for a band-aid approach after trying to charge me for a call out fee in inspect their own warranty claim. Went to fairtrading and they then offered to charge me 30% of original price to replace curtains. Now taking to NSW civil tribunal as you should NOT expect to pay 10's of thousands of dollars every 2 years for window fittings... This is also an AC ducted house with outside ventilation coming via the ducting system, so it wasn't as if the windows were even open and they were exposed to unusual weather or elements either.

I wouldn't pay these guys to install a blind in a dog house. Shoddy install that has continually failed. No care or thought. A 10c washer would've stopped the wingnut ripping through the wood over and over. A single screw into a gyprock wall to support a double width blind? Yeah, that's going to work. They couldn't even be bothered to space the support brackets correctly. Thousands of dollars for substandard work.

What ever you do, DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! They will sell you cheap bad quality products and recommend the wrong type of product for your house. Awful customer service. Just don’t. Read the reviews. Better off going to Bunnings.

Based on the other reviews, I guess I'm not alone. I was told originally my order would be 5-6 weeks but that blew out to 12 weeks because of shipping & customs issues due to Covid. Now I wouldn't of been so upset about the timeframe (because everyone understands Covid is impacting businesses) but the customer service & explanation around the delay was awful. Firstly I was not offered any information, I had to chase them up myself, weekly from the 7th week onwards. I was never given an apology, just attitude about customs & Covid. It was obvious they were giving everyone the same story & clearly frustrated themselves but where's the professionalism & customer care? They should calmly & politely explain the situation to each customer & give updates without leaving it up to the customer to chase. I got "50%" off my curtains which really for the end price on materials & install plus the awful customer service is a total rip off. Would I use Kresta again, maybe but definitely not the Tweed Heads location.

I have never dealt with such an incompetent company. The first time I ordered blinds, we waited the standard 6 weeks for installation and then they arrived missing both of our bedroom blinds. Kresta had no urgency to rectify, my husband and I had to chase and chase for them to come and install the missing blinds which took another 7 weeks. Shame on us for thinking things would be different when we placed an order this year for curtains. Mid December the installer turned up with the wrong colour rods and no end caps. Told us they would be switched over in mid Jan. Chased Kresta in mid January because no one contacted us and we were told they don't make the rods we ordered anymore. After a lot of back and forth, they managed to secure the right rods, they told us they would be installed mid Feb. Today, on install day, we get a call saying they don't have our rods. This company is beyond a joke, nobody knows what's going on and you have to chase them to get any answers. So we have curtains that have been held on the ends with masking tape (as put on by the installer) for 2 months. Absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced.

I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE these blinds. This is the 3rd time we have ordered from you. We bought two sets for our son's room, then bought the light filtering for our kitchen and now we bought 4 light blocking for our bedroom. They look great and block out the light fantastically.

The lady that came to measure was lovely and informative. So decided to go with kresta. When l went to pay my deposit the staff at the shop could not be more disinterested almost to the point of being rude. I was getting shutters installed so was a fairly large sum of money. Then on reading the reviews l was almost panicking. Then had to pay the remaining money before installation. Was very unhapoy about doing so, when l spoke to the staff at kresta it was all very cut and dry. Was not reassured at all. But thankfully the guy who came to install was very good at his job and neat and tidy with his workmanship. Happy with the shutters but would never use kresta again. You actually get better service online and that is animated.
