Awesome experience buying some shampoo, the assistant was so lovely I ended up buying a hair tool I've been wanting for a while

I booked my hair appointment 3 weeks in advance and had an appointment card with the date and time. When I turned up for the appointment to get my hair done, it turned out I had never been booked in and they didnt have any time for me. I quite often buy my shampoo there but that will stop too.
