Had some CCTV security cameras and alarms installed by Adrian and Lachlan, very happy with the installation work. Both technicians were professional and knowledgeable. They taught us how to use the camera monitoring system and made sure that we were satisfied with the installation.

Top Class Fruit P/L recently had CCTV cameras installed at our work places in NSW and QLD. Jamie was a pleasure to deal with and true to his word especially with time lines for installation. The technicians on site installing the equipment were professional and extremely helpful. Great company to deal with everything ran smoothly.
We were dreading switching from our old phone system to the NBN and were expecting it to be a nightmare scenario for our business - being unable to use our point of sale system, having no internet, and basically losing a day's business. But instead it was all remarkably efficient and seamless. The technician from Towns - Lachlan - was first-rate. Firstly he set up a temporary connection so that our computers stayed networked, our POS worked, and we were connected to the internet, and then he got on with the actual connection. This was all handled with great efficiency and then he explained it all to us afterwards ... and finally we understand our network after so many changes over the years and uncertainty of what wire goes where. We have had several Telstra technicians over the years who have looked at our set-up and been bamboozled! Lachlan also marked the wires/connectors so that we remember. But he was also extremely savvy about computers and gave us some IT advice about adding a wireless card to one PC so that we have a wireless backup option for the future. He actually showed me how to dismantle the computer, where the card slots in, and which card I needed to buy. It was truly above and beyond service and I was extremely impressed by his knowledge and helpfulness. I would highly recommend Towns Security for this type of work and Lachlan in particular.
Ordered on line on 16 August 141 of door swipe cards, rang 21 Aug & 22 Aug to ask when they would be shipped. On both days person could not tell me anything & promised to ring back that day. And did not ring back. My PayPal account debited on 17 Aug. Exceptionally poor service.
