If I could give zero or negative stars, I would. This business is a joke!! There is no professionalism, no patient service or care and all they are good at is sticking you with an overinflated bill as they push you out the door for having a 15 minute general chat with them. Don't get me started on their after visit services. God forbid you inconvenience them by sending them an email (which they advise you to do) with any queries you may have. We are still waiting for a reply since before Christmas. I guess their office procedures are to only see patients in person so that they can bill you. They mustn't be able to justify invoicing for an email they reply to... Although, I would bet that they aren't far from offering that service to their customers. And finally, the receptionists at this place are rude, arrogant and have no phone manners. For the sake of your child and your back pocket, go to another paediatrician. It shouldn't be this hard or this expensive to get help from a professional that cares about their job and their patients.

Very pleasant experience with Dr Dosen. She is very patience - not rushing the appointment. She took her time listening to our issue and concern and gave advice . We felt assured that our child is in a good hand . Definitely recommending Dr Dosen to anyone looking for Immunologist Specialist/ Paediatrician
The receptionist or whoever answers their phone is very rude and not respectful. That person shouldn't be part of a Paediatric practice with that kind of attitude
Everyone, from the front desk staff to Ana Dosen were exemplary. They went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. I did not for one second feel like we were being rushed, and everyone took their time to answer all the questions we had. Thank you to everyone that's a part of Southern Paediatrics.
Great, upscale building with plenty of options for appointments to chose from. I go there about every half a year to see my helpful pediatrician and she is quite helpful with what I need. They seem to look after the place too by the looks and smells of it.
