I am pleased I hired Tan from PWK Brick Cleaning. I first brick cleaned my front fence and building following PGH Bricks cleaning information using listed chemicals. With Northern States cream bricks you can make mistakes with acid use. Acid can remain in the brick even though you have hosed it down thoroughly. And I added a neutralising solution to chemical water mix. I was horrified and depressed that many of the bricks had a milky stain one day later. My advice is leave it to Tan - with a test chemical he removed this stain and also got rid of orange acid from mortar. The job is now back to a standard acceptable to the Builder/Bricklayer. My advice is be very careful with brick cleaning process if you are DIY. Tan fixed my problem and I am relieved and grateful. He is very experienced in white stain removal. David Mordialloc Vic
