Nice guys and made the sale easy, explained what each document meant, only gripe is telling me the bike was in all round good condition to find out a few things (worn rear brake pad, front brake not activating brake light and worn steering bearing) were required to be repaired after having a separate mechanic look over the bike. *In response to reply, - Vehicle had 19000km on the Odometer as opposed to 11000km - Brake pads were within mm of wearing out after a quick inspection - A notch in the centre of the steering was made evident by the mechanic, indicitive of a worn steering bearing In hindsight it would have been better to contact first, but the amount of initial errors present were really frustrating and my understanding of the warranty was that it was for mechanical (engine) wear only.

I purchased a Harley from the team at International motorcycle importers and I couldn’t be happier. Everything I wanted in a bike was already done, the guys there are very good at their jobs and made me feel welcome straight away and not just another customer. On arrival they greeted me and took my trade in. They then proceeded to organise the paperwork at which was explained in great detail so that I was able to follow it precisely. I also bought some added extras for safety and also some new parts for the bike. All in all I would highly recommend the guys at this shop as they know what they are doing and talking about and the price I rode away on was excellent. Recently I purchased a motorcycle from Shane at International Motorcycle Importers. Shane was very respectful of me being a female motorcycle buyer and didn't fob me off just because I was small and aged. He answered all my questions with consideration and understanding. We chatted for considerable time about the models and history of the bike. His knowledge about this model was outstanding and I appreciated his sharing of information and his experience. I had watched the advertisement for some time before making a move to buy. Having reasonable knowledge about this motorcycle, I found all Shane said was true and correct. When it came time to complete the deal and contract of purchase, Shane was outstanding in his explanation of the contract and efficiently and thoroughly went through each page and why. I have never had such attention to detail in any other contract encountered. Shane was fantastic, very professional and extremely helpful. I took the bike for a longer run last weekend and I couldn't get the smile off my face. The bike was all of and more than I dreamed of. Thanks Shane.
