Fantastic service, down to earth team to do business with. Great sales and service department.
Rang and wanted to put a deposit on a Ram that they had just advertised on car sales. Said I wanted to come and test drive and put a deposit on it over the weekend and he said I’ll take a deposit over the phone now to hold it and then you can come and see it on the weekend. I was assured it wouldn’t be driven as it was then secured by us. I asked the employee a number of times throughout the day for photos of the car as the website one had just the demo photo. After calls back and forth, I felt something wasn’t right after I was called back and told the car is locked up in another yard somewhere else and the CEO is away and they can’t get access to it. Then it unravelled that the CEO is actually driving the Ram and that’s why we couldn’t see it until next week. They then said they won’t take my deposit until August when the car is ready, and the whole story changed from us securing this car in the morning, to the CEO is driving it and there’s no point putting a deposit down until it’s ready to be released but “assured” us that it’s ours... congrats guys! You just lost a 100,000 sale. Dodgy as they come!! Don’t advertise a car if your CEO is driving it and isn’t willing to stop driving it for a sale, and don’t advertise it if you aren’t actually willing to sell it or take a deposit off a genuine buyer. These guys caused us a whole lot of unnecessary stress for nothing. They say you can never trust salesmen! We were totally taken for a ride. And not a proper one in a Ram! \u200d️
It was a great experience. I received a Gold standard service from all staff and the GM Ben Whitney was world class to deal with. Highly recommend.
