Went here for the first time tonight. Friends recommend we have dinner there and I am glad we did. We had the schnitzel and southern fried chicken wings and then sticky date. The food was amazing. Not your typical boring pub feed where you get a generic mass produced schnitzel and fries on a plate. This chicken was thick, super moist and had really really delicious crunchy coating. The gravy was drinkable and the salad dressing I'm going to need to go back and ask for more details so I can try and replicate at home. The wings and dipping sauce amazing. Sticky date to die for. I especially loved the generosity of the sauce and praline on the side. All in all we need to come again so we make it in time for the raffles and so we can try more meals at this surprise of a location. Live music, pokies, raffles and AMAZING food with decent prices. 5 stars! Will be back.

Great food, the chicken parmy is the absolute best, so crunchy even with that delicious cheesy, juicy tomatoey layer on top. Highly recommend the Guinness pie or Irish stew as well, both solid, delicious classics. Of course having Guinness and Kilkenny on tap is a great plus

Absolutely love the Gaels club - wonderful venue, staff and amazing bistro! One of the only authentically Irish clubs left in Sydney. I highly recommend a visit to this gem.

Went there for lunch today with my wife and daughter. They ordered a 10 lunch schnitzel each, I ordered a 30 grain fed steak. Very disappointed in my steak. If it was a 15 lunch menu steak it could pass but was disappointed what I was given.

I just moved in down the street from this place and went there today for lunch. Their food was absolutely fantastic. I'll definitely be going back.

Food good. However can't order multiple meals on one buzzer even though I gave my mate the correct money. Very disappointing that when out with friends meals are ready at different times. Never used to be like this. Lift your game Gael's.

Love this club the staff are always friendly and love to have a joke with patrons and food in the bistro is really good
