We purchased new double glazed sliding doors and windows for our house and they have made a big difference to how comfortable our house is now in both winter and summer. Dealing with Sherry from UPVC Windows has been a pleasure. It is really hard to think of a person who has been more helpful to deal with. We live in the Bega Valley and wanted to fit the windows and doors ourselves. Sherry delivered them showed us how to fit them and left us all the required tools we needed. The quality and price of the windows is great.

We have ordered 4 UPVC double glazed (tilt and turn) windows for our unit which is next to Parramatta road. We are very satisfied with the whole process since beginning. Sherry was a great person to take care of our order and kindly suggested the glass that was more effective in terms of soundproofing. He always communicated very clearly and updated us with any detail. We highly recommend this company if you need a high quality windows and good customer service.
The response we received from UPVC was very quick and friendly. They were reasonable in price and very informative. They kept us informed of the progress of the status of the order ( Windows). Very happy with the service provided.
Probably the singular best customer service I have ever received anywhere. Sherry's communication is instant, personal and helpful. He is always trying his absolute best to iron out any difficulties and has been so helpful throughout a not always straight forward install in an older house. We chose after LOTS of research (and it says a bit....because I'm a researcher by occupation) to go with uPVC and so far I have most certainly noticed a HUGE difference in the insulation of our house. This is now the type of comfortable house I so fondly remember from my childhood in northern Europe. The doors and windows are solid and chunky which looks stunning and close with such a satisfying "vacuum seal" sound :) Oh yes, an another plus is that we are no longer woken up by the rooster - sound insulation is MUCH superior to aluminium.
Really helpful guys, great communication and a quality product. These windows are amazing, properly insulated for this urban desert we live in called Sydney. Highly recommended.
I used Paramount Windows, 3 years ago, for my windows and doors for a new home in Cammeray. I must say it was the best decision that I had made during the build. The window frame looks awesome (white), provides insulation, and sound proofing. I am talking about the UPVC frame that is so good! Touch it anytime and it is room temperature all year round. My house is so warm in winter and cool in summer due to these windows being so insular. I really do not understand why new houses in Sydney continue to use aluminium windows, they are so inferior compared to UPVC double glazed windows which are so common in European countries (we are from the UK). You might pay 30% more for UPVC windows than aluminium which is a bargain in my view, especially when you assess it relative to the cost of the building. Honestly, it is the single reason why I would not move out of my house as I know that I cannot get these windows/doors again unless I build or renovate. I have told Sherry at Paramount that his clients are welcome to visit my house to look at the windows to help make their decision. Good luck with your decision.
