I've been training in martial arts most of my life and have trained in many different gyms in Sydney and internationally, I can't recommend Lions Den enough the coaching staff here are some of best and most experienced instructors in the country. Perfect for beginners or high level fighters

A few years ago I was looking all around Sydney for an MMA gym with all the attributes I was looking for. 1. A knowledgeable coach with a commitment to teach on a personal level 2. Quality training partners and quality training 3. Training that was specific to MMA and real world self defence 4. An emphasis on No-Gi Jiu Jitsu, Wrestling and effective striking. 5. Great atmosphere I tried out a lot of the MMA gyms in the Sydney area. It was a tedious process and I had to go through a few oddballs along the way. But in the end I found Lion's Den. I found that Lion's Den had better quality teaching and focused on techniques that were more effective and realistic. The coach is also a veteran martial artist and instructor having a comprehensive yet deep knowledge on all areas.
I love this place its a fighters gym not a Hollywood gym. Its got the eye of the tiger feel The coaches are well established in the mma/boxing community and are up to date with all the new methods of training,weight loss and recovery. The classes cater to all levels of experience and the guys made me feel heaps welcome.

Trained there as a youngster, this place taught me everything I know! Joe is a legend.
