Impossible to get in contact with, no one answers the phone during the times they say they are there, emails aren't responded to. It is very hit and miss with the quality of teachers, teacher's aren't interested in connecting with kids, just getting through all the content for the lesson. This used to be a really good swim school when it was smaller, very unhappy with customer service now.

Our son did the little squirts classes and we had no issues with the classes and thought they were great. However, we noticed in the deep had charged a swim cap to our account that we had not purchased. I went to the desk next to the pool and they said they had no authority to give a refund and to email instead. I did on 24th November and got a response on the 26th saying sorry and a refund would be applied. I then waited a bit in case there was a delay but I still had not received a refund by 8th December so I emailed again (along with asking about how to unenrol as we were planning to enrol our son in something different for 2021). I got a response regarding the unenrol but the enquiry about the refund was completely ingored. So as of mid January I still have not received a refund for something I did not purchase. I would recommend every family currently enrolled with in the deep to check their bank accounts and ensure nothing has been falsely charged to their accounts. In the deep has about 1800 children on their books so it's a good way to make extra money off their customers.

I was originally very happy with this school. The goals were clear, the tasks were visible and my children were improving. Towards the middle of 2018 there was either a change of management or something and the school went downhill. Calls went unanswered, service was just lost. I tried to pay for the next year and for some reason kept getting fobbed off, the staff almost daring me to leave. So I did. I still believe they have a good system but without the admin and management backing it up it is not worth the hassle.

In the deep has been a revolutionary experience for my kids, all staff members have been a delight to interact with. My two kids have been really shy as baby’s and toddlers, but since being at In The Deep they have come out of their shell and started to flourish into mature pre-teens. My kids have had had Suraya multiple times and has left a memorable experience on their young lives. I whole heartedly believe that in the deep has impacted their lives for the better and recommend it to any parents looking for a enthusiastic, energetic and inclusive swim school!!!
